Question Marks
Several question marks found within the VRAM data of the song selection screen. They are very likely leftovers from Dancing Stage featuring Dreams Come True.
Build Date
Starting from offset 0x824 (JP/US)/0x82C (EU) in the ELF are identifier strings, which include a build date:

Regional Differences
General
- The unlock method for the Maniac difficulty was simplified in the overseas releases, only requiring to clear all songs on Trick difficulty rather than a series of inputs using two controllers.
- The DJ Selection mode was removed in the overseas releases, though its selection graphics are still loaded in the main menu's VRAM. Curiously, the European release's back cover features a screenshot showing said mode's menu, fully in English, perhaps suggesting its removal was a very late decision.
Title Screen
The title screen's background is completely different between the Japanese and American/European releases, with the latter actually featuring Disney characters as opposed to a bland stage backdrop. Additionally, the copyright year was bumped up and had its font changed, and was placed lower in the European release to accommodate the slightly taller aspect ratio, said aspect ratio also making more of the art visible.

Main Menu Logo
As the game's subtitle is different between the Japanese and American/European releases, the logo graphic in the main menu was altered as well. The Japanese graphic is in the same style as the title screen logo.

How To Play
The Japanese release showed a video in the left side of the playfield during the How To Play sequence. It was replaced with a 2D animation in the American/European releases, though the video is still present in the data.

Song List
The American release removed eleven of the licensed songs present in the Japanese version and replaced them with several Konami originals. Nearly all of these Konami originals are from Dance Dance Revolution 4thMIX and its PlayStation port, except for one, which is from Dance Dance Revolution Solo BASS MIX. Below is a list of exclusive songs for each region.

B4U HIGHER Let the beat hit em! Midnite Blaze MY SUMMER LOVE Share My Love |
The aforementioned DJ Selection screenshot on the European back cover shows both Let's Groove and Surfin' U.S.A. on the music list, which could mean at least those two songs were planned to be retained in the international versions but were cut at the last minute.
Score Grades
Several score grades were renamed in the American and European releases.
