Elementary, my dear Cactus.
This needs some investigation.
Discuss ideas and findings on the talk page.
Specifically:
  • Figure out how to view the graphics; there might be some unused stuff lying around
  • The audio for the opening of beatmania IIDX can also be found in SOUND. Is it unused?

Dance Dance Revolution Club Version: Dreamcast Edition is like the two Club Version releases for the PlayStation, but better. Hooray for no Append Disc requirements!

"Give it to me, give it to me..."

Unused Music

BRILLIANT 2U variation

SOUND\BM520.WAV contains an unused variation of the song BRILLIANT 2U (CLUB VERSION), which contains slightly louder sounds compared to the track the game uses.

Chotto kiitena (ZANSHIN-NA MIX)

Preview audio data for the song Chotto kiitena (ZANSHIN-NA MIX) (which never made a proper appearance in a home release) can be found in the game's disc, in SOUND\SHORT\BM390_S.ADX. It is unknown if graphics or step data exist.

Random Selection

The audio files of the random selection for both of the PlayStation Append releases can be found in SOUND\SHORT, labeled as BM_RANDS.ADX and BM_RAND2.ADX, respectively.

Leftover Tracks

Three leftover tracks from Dance Dance Revolution 2ndMIX: Dreamcast Edition can also be found in the folder SOUND:
