Developers: Konami Digital Entertainment[1],
Konami Software Shanghai[2] This game has unused playable characters. |
A port of Konami's pop'n music 14 FEVER! arcade game. It is notable for having nearly every song that was featured in the original ee'MALL service, and for also being the last pop'n music game to be released for the PlayStation 2.

Leftover Random Graphics
The icon and portrait graphics for the "random" character selection from the PlayStation 2 release of pop'n music 13 Carnival can still be found unused here.
Placeholder Song Slot
There is also a placeholder song slot; it is the same as the one in the PlayStation 2 release of pop'n music 11, though no banner, title tag or character data exists anymore.
Placeholder Textures
File 33, which contains the graphics for the body-washing minigame within the Fever senshi Pop'n 14 mode, has two crude placeholder textures.
Arcade Leftovers
Found within File 8, which contains the title screen graphics, are two leftover graphics from the game's original arcade release, related to an e-AMUSEMENT functionality.
Unseen Details
When a mode is highlighted on the main menu, it displays artwork of one or various characters, however the bottom part them is always overlapped by their respective menu label, making about 1/4 of the graphic go unseen by normal means.
Unused Text
At offset 0x13E8F0 of the game's executable is a placeholder song comment string:
Text | Translated |
---|---|
テスト用のダミ子ちゃん |
Dummyko for testing purposes |
Earlier at 0x132B20 are Taisen mode message strings for the "Random" character slot. Given that this "character" is just a redirect to choose a proper one, these strings are merely placeholders.
