There is also a placeholder slot within Files 4 and 44, which contain songwheel genre and artist graphics, respectively. The songwheel genre reuses the banner image of the song Yume to genjitsu, while the artist reads "猛獣" (moujuu), meaning "beast", or, more literally, "fierce animal".

Revisional Differences

The Konami the Best rerelease of the game is known to have three differences, all relating to the songs;

  • The genre of the song I REALLY WANT TO HURT YOU was corrected to "POPS ENCORE" in its banner. Prior to this revision, it was misspelled as "POPS ENCHOLE"; this was also seen in the PlayStation 2 release of pop'n music 9.
