Bloons Adventure Time TD
Bloons Adventure Time TD |
---|
Developer: Ninja Kiwi This game has unused playable characters. |
This article is a work in progress. ...Well, all the articles here are, in a way. But this one moreso, and the article may contain incomplete information and editor's notes. |
The most ambitious crossover in history, Bloons Adventure Time TD pits the characters and world of Adventure Time and the monkeys from Bloons Tower Defense against an onslaught of Bloons from another dimension.

Unused Allies
Marshmallow Kids
To do: Models of the Marshmallow Kids and the table |
The Marshmallow Kids are an unused Uncommon ally. They are set to be equippable to Finn, Dungeon Finn, Jake, Tuxedo Jake, Princess Bubblegum, Warrior PB, Captain Cassie, Commander Cassie, Marceline, Sam, Flame Princess, and C4 Charlie. Oddly, while their upgrades have text, they lack text for the description and pros/cons that would be listed on their profile.
The Marshmallow Kids works by placing a table, which acts as their "base" tower. It spawns Marshmallow Kids that run up and down the track, damaging Bloons on contact and setting them on fire, dealing 1 extra damage per second for 2 seconds, similar to the Fire Wolves. There can only be up to 4 Marshmallow Kids on the track at a time, and new ones will replace old ones if they expire, either upon consuming all pierce or hitting an immune Bloon.
Cost | $330 | Damage type | Sharp |

Laser Whips |
Functions just like Bloons Supermonkey 2. | |
Heavy Tips |

Farsight |
Increases attack range by +10. |

A set of commented-out names of Allies (internally known as "minions"), along with a note from a developer. Interestingly, one of these Allies is the "Monkey Acolyte", which appears to be an early name for the Super Fans.

Unused Objects
Stat Icons
There are an assortment of icons that may have been planned to be used for character statistics. It is also worthy to note that they are called powers in the files and a health icon included, so it is also possible that they were planned to be used as stat-boost injections, similar to the injections in Bloons Tower Defense 5. But in the final game, there are significantly more powers that are also more complicated.
Unused Graphics
Hot Dog Knights portrait
The Hot Dog Knights do have a tower portrait, but it is unused because they cannot be selected.
Ghost DDT
The Ghost DDT, alongside the Ghost Purple Bloon and the Ghost BAD, does not exist in the final game, likely to prevent the first encounter to Ghost Bloons in certain levels from being too hard. However, there appear to be textures for the Ghost DDT.
Ghost BAD
Textures for unused Ghost variant of BAD, in various health stages. Compared to the regular BAD, it has larger rips to show a skeletal structure inside and is wrapped in bigger bandages around its turbines as it takes damage, similar to other Ghost MOAB-class Bloons.
Unused Models
Polymorphed BAD
Prior to v1.0.4, a BAD bloon could be inflicted the Polymorph status, a variant of stun exclusive so far to Bloons Adventure Time TD. And because no MOAB-class Bloon shared the same polymorph model, the BAD had its own bird-shaped polymorph. It can no longer be viewed in an actual game, but it still exists in the game's files as of v1.7.5.
Unused Powers
The game's text files contain names and descriptions of Powers which were cut from the game's final release. These Powers also seem to have their stats, cooldown times, and player rank bonuses fully programmed. However, most of the unused Powers tend to only increase raw pierce and/or only apply its effects to melee towers.
Additionally, with the exception of Armor of Zeldron, none of the Powers have an icon.
Unused Text
Sandbox
A header for Sandbox mode, a staple of the Bloons Tower Defense series that is oddly absent from this game.
