Pre-Alpha
Early Development Pictures
A picture of early game ideas for NFS Rivals before full development began
An early concept sketch of a Police pursuit technology that never appeared in Rivals - Tracker. After using it, you could see the target AI racer on the map and know his location for a limited time.
An early concept sketch of Racer Spike Strip pursuit tech was supposed to have been implemented for the Racer side, but later during the development it got scrapped. As you can see, the Racer versions would have a different look than the Police version.
2 Title Screen Concepts
There were 2 Title screen Concepts that in the end got unused, Version 1:

Car Select/Event Info/Customization UI Early Concept
- The top Left is one of the concepts for race-event loading screens. While the end game didn't incorporate loading screens or cinematics, these would've provided information regarding race prizes, race information such as route, and your Autolog rival to beat.
- The top right was a different concept Ghost considered for the "car selection" menu. It would've incorporated vertical scrolling with a quick blurb of each car's unique specs. The image in the center is the colorized detail of this concept, so it's likely it got quite far before Ghost moved towards to "dark-garage" dealership idea during the Alpha state of the game.
- The bottom right is about customization packages. You could purchase liveries (as we know it was finalized), modify wheels, suspension, spoilers, and license plates (also finalized into the game). Ghost Games was likely planning to incorporate more customization into Rivals, which, unfortunately, got scrapped.
Career Overview Design Early Concept
In the Rivals game files, you will find the following textures below, which also appear in the Concept image (Interestingly enough, there's also an image texture of the McLaren MP4-12C without Cop livery & Police lights).
Overwatch Logo & HUD Design Early Concept
Possibly the first pictures to show the idea of spike strips dropping onto the road from the car
