Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams Leftovers

In pre-release content related to Twisted Dreams (another Black Forest-developed title), it was mentioned that the game would include a bee enemy that rises upwards. This enemy did not make it into the final game, but did eventually show up in another game using the same engine, The Woolies Strike Back, where it had a different behavior, being a directly hostile enemy that is distracted by flowers.

Easter Eggs

Level Codes

At the end of each level, a code to unlock the next level is printed out. Notably, two of these codes are "MARIO" and "SONIC", which are revealed at the end of Levels 6 and 7 respectively.

Demon Woolies

There exists a bizarre occurrence where, when pausing on certain stages, Woolies will transform into the demon enemy from Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams, and then turn back when unpaused.
