Sprite 2720 is an animation of a character jumping in joy, meant as a winning animation. This was most likely a leftover from the development phase.

While this image is used for the title screen, the very bottom of the image is covered by the trademark disclaimer, such as most of Daffy's legs. A portion of one of his fingers, alongside a portion of a window in the background are also covered by the "There Goes the Neighborhood" text.
