Masters Revision hell
A "year" in Pokemon Masters terms covers the 365 day period between August 28ths, aka the Anniversary denotes how many years it's been since the game's launch. 1st year is August 28th 2019 - August 28th 2020. 2nd year is August 28th 2020 - August 28th 2021. And so on.

 | Year 3 The PML Story ends and the Villain Story Arc unfolds. Max Moves and Special Costume Sync Pairs enter for extra spice. |
 | Year 4 Form friendships with your D̶e̶N̶A̶'̶s̶ favorite trainers in the Trainer Lodge! Buddy Moves supercharge battles with added effects. |
 | Year 5 Trainers from Hisui and Paldea arrive! Field and Sprint roles, along with EX Roles change the game. Also; the Mysterious f̶i̶l̶l̶e̶r̶ Stones Chapter. |
