So very stubbly.
This page is rather stubbly and could use some expansion.
Are you a bad enough dude to rescue this article?

Being a co-op shooter released during the Famicom Boom, you better bell-ieve the Famicom version of TwinBee sold like hotcakes in Japan. This version of the game would later be one of the few games lucky enough to be remade as part of the 3D Classics line on the 3DS (not the arcade version, for some reason), and it would also eventually see a global release on the Nintendo Switch Online service.

Build Dates

At the beginning of the PRG ROM, an ID string can be found that lists the game version and date:

RC807.1.0.850328

(Version 1.0, compiled on March 28, 1985.)

A similar ID string can be found in a few other Konami games.

The Famicom Disk System rerelease of the game uses the modern Konami logo and bumps up the copyright year, in addition to swapping it and Konami's name around in the copyright message.
