Unused sounds used?

I'm pretty sure a few of these sounds are used in the game. Including: s_v_App_Morning_1, s_v_App_Hello_1, s_v_App_Night_1.

Also s_v_WARIO_WIN_YOKI I swear is either used in this game or Wario Land 4--Oaa (talk) 23:32, 6 November 2013 (EST)

Looking closer in... I believe s_BOMB_Beat_Tel_03 is from Jimmy's phone. s_BOMB_Bound_07 and s_BOMB_JUMP_10 are used. s_BOMB_Bomb_10 sounds like it's from Orbulon boss level or something. --Oaa (talk) 23:38, 6 November 2013 (EST)

How close did you look? Can you tell me specifically where these are used? As for s_v_App_Morning_1, s_v_App_Hello_1, s_v_App_Night_1, and s_v_WARIO_WIN_YOKI, there are sounds that are similar, but I have not found these specific sounds used. I have combed this game to eliminate everything from the list of sounds, but it is possible I missed some. However, I will need to know the exact place they are used. -TheMonkeyBob (talk) 00:50, 7 November 2013 (EST)
I looked into this a bit more and found that my hex editor was terrible and could not reliably do a basic hex search. I got a hex editor that works and found that some of these sounds are used. I am working on verifying whether or not the questionable ones are used by used content. Of the sounds you have mentioned s_v_App_Morning_1, s_v_App_Hello_1, s_v_App_Night_1, s_v_WARIO_WIN_YOKI, s_BOMB_Beat_Tel_03, and s_BOMB_Bound_07 are definitely unused. I have found that s_BOMB_Bomb_10, s_BOMB_JUMP_10, and s_BOMB_Bound_08 are used. Six other sounds are still in question.-TheMonkeyBob (talk) 05:25, 7 November 2013 (EST)
I removed all the sounds that are definitely used. If you still think that some of the remaining sounds are used then I really will need specifics because that would mean they are referenced in a different way than all the other sounds and music.-TheMonkeyBob (talk) 15:28, 7 November 2013 (EST)
How did you get the sound effects and music? I tried with GBA song ripper but it doesn't work :(-CreepyMiner (talk) 20:00, 16 June 2014 (EST)
The sounds "s_v_App_Morning_1" and "s_v_WARIO_WIN_YOKI" are used. (The former in paperplane and on the game select screen, the latter on the game select screen and as a victory sound after beating a minigame (the first wario mode)).--Mugg1991 (talk) 10:29, 21 December 2016 (EST)
I will write a guide on how to check if any audio file is used, then people can properly check for themselves. The recent addition of the list of all audio file names will save me a little work. --TheMonkeyBob (talk) 19:41, 30 December 2016 (EST)

"Catch Fruit" Oddity

The silhouettes in the areas where objects can be seen are shaped like a combination of all the sprites that can fall in that area. However, the combination seems to be of the cherry, grape, and diamond even in the Japanese version, where the diamond is poo instead, suggesting the Japanese version was edited while the other releases use the original graphics. Since the Japanese version was released first is this worth mentioning?

Regional difference: "You've Got Mail" sound

In Kat and Ana's intro cinematic, when the bird drops off the letter, the Japanese version has a voice that says "You've got mail" or "You got mail." The voice doesn't play in this English-language version (I don't know whether that's the American or European version). --BoringPerson (talk) 14:19, 9 May 2017 (EDT)

Phone folder is used in-game

I'm almost certain that the phone folder listed here is the one used for the second Jimmy stage, as it's the only phone folder loaded in the main menu. What do you think? --DoubleDenial (talk) 21:11, 19 January 2019 (EST)
