The Dreamcast South Park Rally was on a next-generation console a few months after the other versions and implemented some changes based on common criticism of the earlier versions. Besides the slightly higher-quality graphics, the AI was tweaked to be less cheap and many of the tracks were edited to make them a bit less confusing (for example, the entire upper level of Big Gay Al's track was made inaccessible and various branching paths were blocked off).
Other additions include the linear but nicely-detailed "Carnival" track and the pure racing/time trial-focused "Mini-Championship" mode which gets rid of items and the other objective-based races.
