Uncompiled header files

Hmmm...
To do:
Reupload while sorting changed assets between 1.33.

In the all known releases of the game, there are a majority of the source header files used when compiling the game in the game data. These include the proprietary G5 Engine from Play Mechanix along with one source file from Raw Thrills and the game in general, also by Play Mechanix. The only empty file is cab.h while CodeMeter.h is mentioned but not present. Directories of other proprietary libraries like netinet, pmrt_utils, dongle and g5 are also mentioned, not to be confused by the one in the engine.
