Regional Differences

Outside of Japan, all versions display the Nintendo logo at the start of the game.

The UK version changed the name to TG Rally due to copyright reasons regarding the Top Gear name. Additionally, "LICENSED BY NINTENDO" was changed to "LICENSED TO NINTENDO" as the other versions were published by Nintendo.
