Cheat Mode

Enter INFODATA as a password. The following functions will now be enabled during gameplay:

  • Pause and unpause to replace the speedometer with the number of the current level (repeat the process to bring back the speedometer).
  • Press Select to enter a combination level select and sound effect test. Press L/R to toggle the number in place of the speedometer, press X to play sound effects, and press Select to go to the chosen level. Notably, all 47 levels are selectable regardless of the chosen difficulty (normally only the first 25 levels are playable on Easy, and only the first 34 levels are playable on Medium).

Since Gremlin self published the game in Europe, the Kemco logo was removed and updated the company name from Graphics to Interactive. The text was also changed to yellow. For the Japanese release; the logo was changed, the Copyright year was updated to 1995 and the Licensed by Nintendo text was removed. The text and palette was reverted back to the US version with only the company name changed.
