  • It appears some of the textures are mirrored wrong. Redo them in a mirrored fashion.
  • Also, find a way to rip some of the walls better.
  • is floor_tile_marble_black and/or blue used?
  • There's an unused action queue of the tall fence from the mainline game, remade in this game's graphics.

Early Backgrounds

Two unused gradient backgrounds can be found as ui_start_screen and ui_creditscreen, which were intended for the main menu and credits. Final game uses ui_mainmenuscreen for both.

Early Create-A-Sim Sky

There is another sky gradient texture intended for Create-a-Sim called cas_sky_blue, except in a lower texture resolution and a pinker sunset compared to the final cas_sky. Interestingly, the early name likely refers to the old Create-A-Sim screen seen in prerelease media.

Build Mode

There's lots of wallpaper and flooring that go unused. Oddly, some of these would be used in The Urbz: Sims in the City (Game Boy Advance) for handheld, and several others are taken from its mainline cousin.

Rarely-seen and Unused NPC Icons

NPC icons for the Burglar, Repo Man, Newspaper Girl and the Mail Deliverer are not completely unused per se, but have a rare chance of being seen due to having no interactions. It has a chance of being seen with the Talk interaction on Sims in speech bubbles, but it is rare. Strangely enough, the Monkey Butler icon is updated to match the game's style despite them not appearing in the game!

A 512x512 texture of an unknown Sim. The beard and shoes do not match with any existing items in the final game.

small_round_cursor

An earlier, entirely flat version of the 3D cursor. This version of the cursor was in a trailer for The Sims.
