The MCU 2008 Incredible Hulk movie game for Windows, PS2, and Wii has lower-quality textures, less effects and items, less collectibles, a smaller city, and some different story missions.

Unused Character Skin

The Xbox 360 version's exclusive secret "Joe Fixit" skin is present in the files of these three versions, complete and fully playable.

The game also still has information about all exclusive skins of other versions, including PS3 Green Scar and X360 GameStop exclusive Red Hulk.

Unused Feats

There's many unused feats you can see if you look at the memory of the game. Some of them look like unused ones, but they are actually used. For example, there's a feat "Climb as High as the moon (1,261,164,700 ft.)". To complete it you need to constantly climb for days... If you set this value with memory editing tools, then you'll see how it unlocks. However, some feats just have numbers like "<integer>" or ## instead, so maybe these feats weren't finished and hence are unused:

- Play for ##:##:##

- Throw a civilian <integer> ft.

- Defeat <integer> enemies using grab attacks.

- Destroy <integer> buildings on the Upper East Side.

- Defeat <integer> enemies by throwing a cement mixer.

- Destroy <integer> helicopters using a midair grab.

- Defeat any of the U-Foes <integer> times.

- Defeat <integer> enemies using friendly fire.

- Defeat <integer> enemies using one object.

- Score <integer> points in one combo.

- Defeat <integer> Enclave Barbaria Fire Throwers.

- Throw an object <integer>ft.

There are also some feats that don't use numbers and are completely unused: - Visit every neighborhood in the game, plus Brazil and Southeastern Tech. (It must be story related) - Destroy every building in New York City at least once. (I got 100% of destruction in every neighborhood and still didn't get it)

There might be much more unused feats.

Unused Abilities

In the memory of the game you can find a "Superior Roar" and "Improved Ground Shot" strings. It might be some unused or scrapped abilities.

Unused game mods

There are some weird feats related to some seemingly unused game mode "Risk": "Win <integer> risks in a row in Risk Replay", "Win 2 or more Risks at the same time". Maybe it was supposed to be in multiplayer.

Scrapped missions

If you search "missions\SinglePlayer\" in the file "DATASETS.ARC", you will find level codes of every mission in the game. Below you can see the list of these codes connected to the actual level titles in the game.

As you can see, there's no folders SP_02_01_03 and SP_05_02_02, but these level codes are still used in the names of some other files. It might mean, that there could initially be "A Friend Who Can Help - Part 5" and "Just Take Him Down - Part 3". It's a very highly likely scenario, because "A Friend Who Can Help" is the only storyline with 4 missions and besides "Just Take Him Down" only "We Can Use Their Technology" had 2 parts. However, there was no indication that "We Can Use Their Technology" could have more parts.

But the most interesting thing are levels SP_03_01_05 and SP_03_04_04. They don't have any cutscenes and it looks like a totally scrapped storyline.

Also the game has only 23 mini-games and there's no unused ones in the files, but the folders of these mini-games take names from mg001 to mg060. It might mean, that devs created (or tried to create) at least 60 mini-games, but only 23 of them got in the final version of the game.

Launch arguments

Exe of the game for Windows has these launch arguments:

-timing

-unitTest

-outputwatch

-saveoutput

-videomode

-1

-windowed

-novsync

-multiexe

-break

-texstreamnolim

-noshadows

-nofocusinput

-texstreamlowres

Most of them seemingly do nothing, or there also must be some values in order to make them work. However, "-windowed" does make the game launch in the windowed mode. Also "-novsync" indeed disables VSync, but it also makes camera center to the floor when Hulk jumps.
