Unused Amy sprites in Windows version?

I recently watched a playthrough of the Windows version of Sonic CD, and it would appear that at least one of the unused Amy sprites (namely one of the sprites which gives her weird pink square eyes) appears to be used in that version. "Spidey-Sense"

The article says that "Sonic was supposed to sneeze when he was in danger, similar to the Spidey-Sense from Spider-Man". What's the source for that? In the same paragraph it also mentions that Sonic sneezes in the game's intro, but that also appears to be false. --Murnjendoof (talk) 08:10, 6 June 2023 (UTC)

Names column

I'm a little confused as to what purpose the "names" column serves, as none of these unused sprites have official names, and giving them unofficial ones would just seem to promote unfounded speculation, in my opinion. For example, the "Sonic grabbing" sprite could be... well, anything, because it's a really odd pose, but because it was given that name, some editor has decided that it's Sonic grabbing something and "attempting to create traction". --Murnjendoof (talk) 08:10, 6 June 2023 (UTC)

Just a thought...

Does anyone think that the sprite of Sonic walking while waving his arms inspired Sonic's throwing sprite in Sonic Crackers? A few of the frames look similar, especially considering the arm movements. -- FanOfRosalina2007 (talk) 19:53, 6 August 2024 (UTC)
