Unknown Goal Flag

This is a thing found in the Gimmick folder labeled as "GoalFlag" in its multiple files. I wanna say it's unused, since I've played this game so much and still don't remember it, but I can't be absolutely sure. I've included a silhouette as well as the two textures that are included in the file, since I don't yet have a way to map the texture to the model.
