Pages I've Worked On:

PokéPark 2: Wonders Beyond

I've done a TON for this; if my math's right, over 75% of what's on that page was my work (but I'm like 95% sure that first section with early maps is actually used and whoever added em had trouble paying attention to how the game handles the stages as much as they should've). But shoutout to BlazingFire for doing some work on the stages; I got that video from him!

To-Do for this game:

  • Review the Japanese version and see if that first section with the early maps is actually used (ion think it is)
  • Find away to understand the stage files enough to actually explore em (and see if there's any unused events)
  • Find the sound effects (either in the .acb files in the sound folder or in some universal folder
  • Figure out how to review the .mo files (these have some models & such that are exclusive to them)
  • Finish going through all the cries (pretty sure some are unused)
  • Go through all the text
  • Explore other game versions to see what's different

PokéPark Wii: Pikachu's Adventure

Haven't done this game much, but I've been able to do a little bit. Prolly gonna be my next project after the sequel. Only stuff I've really done here are a few unused sounds & the items; def gonna explore this game more later!

Differences between this filesystem and the sequel's:

  • The sound effects have actually been found in this version; Delhi.brsar seems to contain all of em.
  • The sound system in general is much less organized (and somehow has more repeated files than the sequel... it's like an opposite HAL effect)
  • Unlike the sequel, ALL of the Pokemon models are stored in the .dan files. These are u8 archives, so extracting everything from em is a little easy.
  • The movie files are stored completely differently.

Chibi-Robo!

Only worked a bit on this, my friend TheCBarpsh did some super amazing work on this page! I went through some of the music tracks, but that's about it.

Future Projects I Hope To Work On:

Hey! Pikmin

I'd love to talk a look at this game; it's my favorite franchise after all (and this is the only game that isn't pretty much completely covered lol). I know a bit about the file system, so it's definitely doable, but it's kinda on the backburner rn while I'm focused on the Pokepark Games.

Doshin The Giant

This game's got a tricky file system; I haven't seen anything like it before. Decoding it will take a minute, and at first glance I'm unsure if there's really much to go through to be honest, but it could be helpful to learn about!

Chibi-Robo: Clean Sweep

My friends have gone through this a LOT more than I have, but there's currently no page for it yet. They've found a little bit of unused stuff, but they haven't gone through everything yet. But I gotta beat this game before I can start looking, and that's gonna take a while!
