The tracks contained are "Funky Colonel Bill", "Death To The Nazis", "Tiptoeing Around", "Is This THE END?", "Evil Incarnate", "Jazzin' Them Nazis", "Puttin' It To The Enemy", "The SS Gonna Get You", and "Towering Above".
"Robert's Jukebox" refers to Robert Prince, the sound designer who composed Wolfenstein 3D's soundtrack.
Unused Graphics
The DeathCam logo, a leftover from Wolfenstein 3D. None of the boss-type enemies actually use the DeathCam ending in Spear of Destiny.

Easter Eggs
The copy protection asked you questions that could be found by reading the game manual. There were six backdoors that can be found in the source code. The challenge response, and how the game replies, are listed below:
- a spoon?
- ...is the CORRECT ANSWER!
- bite me!
- Consider yourself bitten, sir.
- joshua
- Greatings Professor Falken, would you like to play Spear of Destiny?
- pelt
- Do you have any gold spray paint?
- beta
- Beta testing approved.
- snoops
- I wish I had a 21" monitor...
When the game was out of testing, "beta" was replaced with "snoops", so at any given time there were only five backdoors available.
Staff Photo
At the main menu, select Change View press Enter or Esc and then immediately hold I and D. Or select View Scores at the main menu and press I and D. After a few seconds of the screen fading to black, the music will change to Jazzin' Them Nazis and an image of the staff will appear. From left to right; John Carmack, Kevin Cloud, Adrian Carmack, John Romero, Tom Hall, and Jay Wilbur.
Unused Ending
The game includes an unused ending. "ENDPICPIC" is an image with a white background, similar to the ending in Wolfenstein 3D. The file "T_ENDART1" contains the text, in the format used by the Wolfenstein 3D ending screen.
THE ANGEL OF DEATH HAS FALLEN... You were found by Allied forces on a grassy hill a distance from the smoking remains of Castle Nuremberg, the Spear clutched in your wounded hands. A thin wispy smoke rose off your still body. The grass and earth beneath you appeared burned by fire. In the Allied hospital, you tell no one of your frightening final battle with the Angel of Death, lest they think you mad. But you still bear the scars of the other great foes of Castle Nuremberg, dark and deadly, starkly vivid in your memory. The horrible Trans Grosse, from the family of strong Aryans born of the stuff of Hitler's dreams. The heat of his twin chainguns bearing down on you still chills you. The stout Barnacle Wilhelm, his thick blue breastplate shining under the harsh lights of the castle. He was what he was. Then the horrible abomination of the Ubermutant, Dr. Schabbs' last curse on humanity, chaingun built into his chest, four arms wielding butcher's knives, the depths of Hitler's twisted evil in the flesh. And the great guardian of the Spear, the Death Knight. Two missile launchers and two huge chainguns--the battle with him comes back to you as cacophony and pain. With the Spear gone, the Third Reich will fall. May it never rise again.
Version Differences
- Version 1.4 has a slightly different background area around the text saying "One moment...".
