A compilation of four (later five) Genesis games for the Sega CD, namely Columns, The Revenge of Shinobi, Golden Axe, Streets of Rage, and (in a later rerelease) Super Monaco GP, included as a pack-in title with most Sega CD units.

Many of these games contain small improvements that take advantage of the Sega CD's hardware. For example, Golden Axe's soundtrack is replaced with a Redbook audio recording of the arcade version.

Strangely, the Japanese release refers to The Revenge of Shinobi and Streets of Rage by their international titles.

Unused Text

Hmmm...
To do:
Figure out what the symbols are.

Located at the root of the disc are three text files, ABS.TXT, BIB.TXT, and CPY.TXT, with each text file only containing the following messages:

File Contents
ABS.TXT
ABSTRACTED BY SEGA
BIB.TXT
BIBLIOGRAPHICED BY SEGA
CPY.TXT
COPYRIGHT BY SEGA

These messages are present in many Sega CD games, but the message text usually varies by game.
