Noise's Hardoween is a Halloween-themed demo with one level, being Pizzascare. At this point, the level is just a harder version of Pizzascape, whereas in the final game it would become more so its own thing. Notably, the level is decorated with community-made décor from members of the Pizza Tower Discord.

Unused Noise "fireass" Sprite

Sprites for the aftermath of The Noise getting burnt by the boiling sauce in Bloodsauce Dungeon. Pizzascare, the only level normally accessible in this demo, has no boiling sauce in it, so this animation goes unseen here. It however would later go on to be used in the next two Patreon builds, before being removed in Peppino's Xmas Break.
