A prototype of the Wii Mater-National Championship was released by Hidden Palace on December 25, 2022 as part of Project Deluge.

Differences
- Upon starting the game, a demo screen for the game shows up.
- The game boots up into a race.
- Almost every character icon is different from the final, except for Lightning.
- The music in-game starts before the countdown, which was removed for the final.
- Gudmund and Yuri are using earlier models.
