UI Assets
- Many UI graphics are different - already covered by the GUI Differences section.
- Is missing "inactive" state graphics for many main menu buttons.
- There are two images "colorMenu.png" and "colorSelect.png" which are completely identical - they are from March 2005 and show 8 color buttons horizontally.
- There is a stock Torque Game Engine image "GarageGames.jpg" which isn't used in this beta - in stock Torque Game Engine this covers the screen for a few seconds at startup.
- "gglogo150.png" is missing - this would be used on the "About" dialog to show the GarageGames logo.
- "GUIBrickSide" graphics are present - these are leftovers from v0002, they are the lego-style item slots at the bottom of the in-game UI.
In the base/ui folder,
- There are many UI files present for different torque game engine window themes, all omitted from the final v1 release.
- blockWindow is different - in the beta the main body of the window is a darker color.
- torqueCheck and torqueRadio are different, reflecting the new UI style of check and radio buttons.
Icons
The "avatarIcons" folder only has icons for a few parts that have swappable models. There is a separate folder called "bodyparts" containing icons for the main body parts that are not swappable at all.
- The differences of player parts are summarized in the Player Differences section.
The "itemIcons" folder:
- Is missing the graphics for the tool UI backgrounds
- Is missing the Wrench item icon (likely wasn't a used tool yet)
- All item icons are picturing the lego-like models present in this beta.
- All item icons show the items default colors, rather than being colored white (to be then tinted different colors ingame).
- All items are positioned upright, while in retail some are tilted clockwise.
- All icons lack the circular UI background.

plantErrors
The "plantErrors" folder:
- Has all graphics from 14th July 2005.
- Bricks depicted on all of these feature lego-like studs, instead of the final studs design.
- Is missing the "Too Loud" error.
- Has a graphic for the "Teams" error - in retail v1, there is only a small version of this icon present.
The "plantErrors_small" folder:
- Has same brick design differences as regular folder.
- Is also missing the "Too Loud" error.

Brick Prints
All of the brick prints in this beta are dated May 2006 and are remnants from when the game had a LEGO-like style - most of these prints are based off of real LEGO brick sticker designs.
- All of these prints are sized 256px, while the final retail prints are 512px instead.
- There are 6 empty folders in the prints folder, named "1x1", "2x3r", "10x6", "15x6", "20x6" and "30x6".
These prints are different to final - they are of completely different and more simple designs to final, though are the same concepts.
- 1x1r: "medical1" and "radar1".

There is one unique print; 2x2 "arrowBlue". This print depicts a blue circle with a diagonal arrow shape cut out of it. The final game's "circle" print is also of a blue circle, but with no arrow.

These prints are all missing:
- 1x1r: "monitor1", "monitor2", "phone", "vent"
- 2x1: "blank", "chip1", "controller", "keyboard", "vent"
- 2x2: "blank", "circle", "handicap", "square"
- Letters: "space"
Letters "-greater_than" and "-less_than" are missing the "_" character in their filenames here.
Miscellaneous Textures
base/data/particles
These particle textures are missing:
- bricks ("Bricks" emote)
- exclamation ("Alarm" emote)
- heart ("Love" emote)
- nut (Wrench tool particles)
- Pain (Player damage particles)
- qmark ("Confused" emote)
- star1 ("Win" emote)
The "snowflake" texture from v0002 is left-over in this folder.
base/data/specialfx
- The "snowflake" texture is from v0002, instead of the final snowflake texture used in retail v1.
base/data/terrains
- The "greenhills" folder has dirt and grass terrain textures in PNG form, rather than JPG in retail.
- The "snow" folder is completely missing, which means that the "Slopes" map's textures aren't present in this beta at all, despite terrain and preview data for the Slopes map being present elsewhere.
base/data/water
- There are 5 unique water textures to this beta: "Bluegran.png", "foam02.jpg", "Greenoce.png", "wash.png" and "Water02.png".
- There are 3 water textures leftover from v0002: "water.png", "Water01.png" and "Water03.png".
- The one water texture in retail v1 "TSwater1.jpg" is not present here.
base/lighting
- Three light textures are missing from this folder - "corona2", "flare" and "flare2".
