Moontra Kid: Quiz Fighting is one of four games in the Moontra Kid compilation CD, which was created as part of an anti-drug campaign in Thailand. It is essentially a trivia/fighting game hybrid in which the outcome of each of five enemy battles is determined by whether or not the player answers various questions about drugs correctly.

Unused Graphic
Data\COMPANYLOGO.BMP is an unused splash screen. Given the demo version of Moontra Kid - Episode 1: Drug War displays a similar graphic before the game's title screen, it was likely going to have the same purpose here.
Unused Music
The game's Data directory contains several unused music tracks, listed as follows:
Win.mid is an arrangement of Dancing Calbrena, from Final Fantasy IV. It was done by a certain Andrew Thompson, as noted by the file's metadata.
<TRACK_NAME_06> : Final Fantasy II <TRACK_NAME_07> : Dancing Calobrena <TRACK_NAME_09> : By Nobuo Uematsu <TRACK_NAME_11> : Sequenced by Andrew Thompson <TRACK_NAME_12> : andrew@thompson.cais.com
Play2.WAV is a unique track. Given its name, it was likely meant to be used during gameplay.
selcharactor.WAV is another unique track. Given its name, it was likely meant to be used in the enemy selection screen.
