grv_spl_adv_frightnight_player.swf contains placeholder textures and animations of stick figurines, commonly used by Bamtang when prototyping before replacing with licensed assets, it's possible they're related to the next Bamtang game for the show.

Debug Keys

settings.xml has a enableCheats value; setting it to 1 allows ingame cheat keys to be used.

Key Effect
ESC Returns to the main menu.
2 Zooms out the camera.
3 Zooms in the camera.
J Pans the camera to the left.
L Pans the camera to the right.
J Pans the camera upwards.
I Pans the camera downwards.
W Beats the level with current items.
P Makes Dipper take a picture.
S Makes the Pines' twins do a happy reaction.

Internal Project Name

The game is internally referred to as GF[1] which is quite obviously Gravity Falls, being Bamtang's very first game on the show. Interestingly the game's code calls it demo[2], likely suggesting it was based off a demo project, possibly for Bamtang's multiplatform Swit engine.
