Acactussayswhat?
Please elaborate.
Having more detail is always a good thing.
Specifically:
  • Build specification(s).
  • How long did Noibat use Noivern as a placeholder?
  • When was Mega Jynx cut?

It is worth noting that most of the Pokémon designs in the build are finalized. Amusingly, 2D cutouts of the concept art are used as placeholders for unimplemented 3D models.

Quilladin

Quilladin has a two-toned brown and green spike shaped on its forehead, with a tuft of torso color matching green "hair" on top of its head.

Tyrunt

Tyrunt was salmon colored, and had a different eye design.

Hawlucha

Hawlucha's green feathers were light blue and its red feathers were a dark blue. Its face is an even lighter blue than its wing feathers.

Klefki

Klefki's face was pink with a key motif. Its smile was replaced with a keyhole shaped mouth.

Noibat

Volcanion

Volcanion was initially brown, before being made red later in development.

Mega Jynx

Mega Jynx's artwork.

Mega Jynx is the only scrapped Mega Evolution that was planned for Pokémon X & Y. It never got any Mega Stone associated with it nor a 3D model, but it did get an artwork that was made as a reference for the potential model. It also got a cry, pv124_m01.wav. In the compiled builds, the cry is included with one of Mega Pinsir's cries, which is named VOICE_PV127_M01_03. The cry was never coded to Mega Jynx. Said cry appears to have also made its way into Pokémon HOME a few years before the Oct 2024 leak.

It retains the Ice/Psychic typing, and its Ability would have been Magic Guard. A quick base stat comparison:

Stat Base Jynx Mega Jynx
HP 65 65 (+0)
Attack 50 50 (+0)
Defense 35 55 (+20)
Special Attack 115 145 (+30)
Special Defense 95 135 (+40)
Speed 95 105 (+10)
BST 455 555 (+100)
