Pause Speed Boost

A carryover glitch from NASCAR Heat Evolution that infamously defined that game, pausing and unpausing the game rapidly will cause the player's car to gain speed in excess of one mph per pause. This bug would be finally fixed for good in NASCAR Heat 3.
