So very stubbly.
This page is rather stubbly and could use some expansion.
Are you a bad enough dude to rescue this article?

Pokémon Rumble, but on the Wii U. A series of NFC-enabled figurines were released in stores alongside it, predating the amiibo by a year. Scanning these figurines would unlock a more powerful version of the Pokémon it represents.

Debug Text

debug.msbt in content/msgBE/*LANGUAGE* has a ridiculous amount of debugging strings mentioned. This file was also localized for the USA/EU versions to be entirely in English, whereas in the JP version of the game, the majority of text in the file is entirely in Japanese.

Found in content/version.txt, suggesting the game was being worked on from an SVN or other internal network.

Oddities

Empty Directories

msgLE

The sub-folders are completely empty; most likely, this would have localization files for little endian platforms like the 3DS, but the Wii U wasn't one and the developers forgot to delete the folder before distribution.

shader_bin Files

The JP version of the game left over some shader_bin files at the root with some SDK source projects and proprietary source code in Unicode embedded in them; the game executable also mentions use of them!
