The Flash version of Zuma's Revenge! is a stripped-down "demo version" for web users.

Debugging Info and Hidden Cheats

Similar to Plants vs. Zombies, data.xml contains a commands element, the multiasset version instead requires cheatsEnabled to be passed to it. Unsurprisingly setting it to true, activates debug functions and hidden cheats in-game.

Cheat name Key Description
ToggleDebugInfo F1 No effect.
StepUpdates F9 Pauses the game. If paused, advances gameplay based on how many steps the game is running at.
ResumeUpdates Shift+F9 Restores the original step rate.
RedBall 1 Changes the highlighted ball to a red ball.
YellowBall 2 Changes the highlighted ball to a yellow ball.
GreenBall 3 Changes the highlighted ball to a green ball.
BlueBall 4 Changes the highlighted ball to a blue ball.
PurpleBall 5 Changes the highlighted ball to a purple ball.
WhiteBall 6 Changes the highlighted ball to a white ball.
Bomb b Spawns a bomb power-up on the highlighted ball.
Stop s Spawns a stop power-up on the highlighted ball.
Reverse r Spawns a reverse power-up on the highlighted ball.
PauseBalls u Pauses the physics of all balls. They still have collision detection when paused.
Cannon c Spawns a cannon power-up on the highlighted ball.
HourGlass h No effect, most likely carried from Zuma Blitz.
ForceFruit f Spawns a fruit on the left or right axis. If a fruit is already present, it is "respawned".
DeleteBall Delete Removes the highlighted ball from the group.
ForceTimeUp t Possibly a leftover from Zuma High Speed Challenge!, that has no effect.
ToggleFPS p Shows the current FPS.
ShowStatsScreen a Shows the stats screen.
FillZumaBar z Fills the Zuma bar.
GivePoints k Gives you 1000 points.
BestTimes q Shows you the best times for the user's progress.
ForwardLevel ] Takes you to the next level.
BackwardLevel [ Takes you to the previous level.
