Please read the images guidelines
We don't like using JPEGs for graphics rips, unless they were already JPEGs in the game's data. Also, don't forget about the image tags. --From: divingkataetheweirdo (talk) 02:07, 1 April 2017 (EDT)
- All Toontown Online images in the phases are .jpg files. It's the direct file. I have read the guidelines and i was just doing the best thing i could for history purposes. -- Dan
- OK then. In that case, the JPEG stays. I'm not terribly familiar with ToonTown's internal formats, but if I can somehow get access to the game's data, I'll be happy to help with the model animations. --From: divingkataetheweirdo (talk) 02:16, 1 April 2017 (EDT)
- That's easy. I've uploaded the 2003 code dump before and a quick search can get you the 2003 installer. However you will need Panda3D 1.0.5 to even begin messing with Toontown 2003 much less get in game. Extracting the phases isn't hard either. If you know what you're doing that is. -- Dan
- For the screenshots of Beta 1, are those images the best ones you could fine or can you re-take them as PNGs? --From: divingkataetheweirdo (talk) 00:11, 3 September 2017 (EDT)
- Best ones i can find. I don't actually have the client and those were found online. If i ever get my hands on a early client i'll be sure to document it to no end. -- Dan
