BTTF: The Game and its debug menu

Hey there! I don't particularly expect to get an answer or a tutorial but I thought I'd try my luck. I've been interested in reenabling the debug menu and I appreciate the fact that you showed it off however a small guide would've massively helped. I have no clue on how to do that, I tried messing around with the game's files but nothing makes sense honestly.
