Future Sims Coverage
I'm amazed at all the discoveries you've put together for The Sims 1. Do you plan on further covering expansions at some point, as well as The Sims console entries? I've been doing some datamining research on the latter. SodaDog (talk) 22:34, 15 March 2023 (UTC)
- Oh yes — Hot Date, The Sims Online... everything. My focus is on plotting a cool "Development:The Sims (Windows)/Edith 1.0"-esque page until this weekend. --LUCPIX (talk) 03:15, 16 March 2023 (UTC)
- Hey hey. I should mention that in spite of what I said months ago, I concluded that it wouldn't be reasonable to dedicate my time to covering EP-related resources — the scope that goes from the development phases up to 1.0 already is a massive and unknown universe of its own, and there's plenty of things left to say!, but I believe what we have today may serve as the foundation for anyone who fancies working on expansion-pack related articles in the future. Livin' Large
Hi! Fantastic job on all the Sims pages. It's always fun and interesting to see your updates. I was going to start a page for Livin' Large with some of the prerelease images that show objects that were changed before the final. Before I did so though, I was going to ask if you maybe had some of these images already in high (ish) quality from websites that are no longer online? I was going to use the images from the Sims website from the Wayback archive, which are of middling quality, but I didn't want to put in the effort if it would just have to get redone anyway. Let me know and thanks for all you do here! Simbreon (talk) 18:27, 1 September 2023 (UTC)
- Hi! ☺ Check this out. LUCPIX (talk) 23:47, 1 September 2023 (UTC)
- Wowza! That's quite the collection. One of those pics shows the highest quality prerelease versions of the Genie Lamp, Head Curio, and Medevial Bed that I've seen so far! Do you mind if I use some of those pics in an article that compares the differences? Simbreon (talk) 19:45, 2 September 2023 (UTC)
