Are these Kirby Return to Dream Land screens prerelease?

I've collected some screenshots from some Nintendo press sites and I thought you might be interested. I'm not familiar with the game, so I'm not sure if they are prerelease or not. You might notice that the bmp screenshots have a last modified date of Oct 28, 2011. There are some more press screenshots here, and I may be able to get unwatermarked copies of those if you want. Finally, if I recall correctly, this is the earliest footage of the game (excluding versions of the game that could be considered "different games" but I can get you stuff on those too). --Hiccup (talk) 16:05, 31 January 2018 (EST)

I can't see the screenshots, unfortunately; If I try to download any, they download as a single .7z file I can't open. Trying to view them on Google Drive doesn't work either (I'll click on them, but nothing happens). The press screenshots are of the final build. The last clip, however, is definitely a prerelease build, possibly the same as the one in the E3 clip (but in Japanese) or one made around the same.
