Resident Evil (PlayStation) items

Hello,

Could you please point me towards the program you used to view and extract the images of the inventory items and their 2D icons? I've been searching all over but I've only been able to find tools for the PC version of the game, not compatible with the PS1 versions. I'd use it to update a page.
