Interestingly, while Cherrygrove City’s layout here appears to have been finalized in a previous screenshot, it is different here, lacking one of the flower patches. It's then possible the devs tried to change the town's design slightly, only to then revert it back to its original design. A for the female NPC, she's still red instead of blue.
