There are a lot of unused events in Tomba, but a few used events also use incorrect icons in-game.
Unused Events
These events go unused entirely, not even showing up on the event list.

Unused Event Icons
Icons that are entirely unused.
An unused event icon is still present in the VRAM. While it matches the description "Learn the Masakari People's language.", no title has been found matching this icon.
An unused event icon is still present in the VRAM that seems to belong to the unused Green Fortune Teller NPC. While it matches the description "Listen to the Green Fortune Teller's story.", no title has been found matching this icon.
An unused event icon that matches the description "Where did the coin come from?". No title has been found matching this icon.
An unused variant of the used event "The Red Fortune Teller".
Misplaced Icons
Icons that seem to be mistakenly cut from the game/replaced by an incorrect icon.
Seems to be an icon for the event "The Haunted Pig Bag".
Seems to be an icon for the event "The Mermaid's Singing Rock".

'The Mermaid's Necklace' has a faulty event icon, and instead uses an alternate version of the one used for 'A Magic Mirror?!' with a blue mirror instead of a black mirror. However, an unused icon which represents the necklace is located in the VRAM.
Unused Event Icons
An unused event icon is still present in the VRAM. It matches the title of the unused event "The Rusty Steel Car" and description "How does an iron car move?". Curiously, it is the second icon in the list, suggesting that this was one of the earlier events planned.
