Roche's Quartermaster
Roche's hideout features a cut character, Roche's Quartermaster. This character features unique dialogue and can trade with Geralt, craft armor at a Journeyman level, and play gwent. He is very unfriendly towards Geralt but trades with him at Roche's request.

Kaer Trolde village features a cut character, the trader. This character features unique dialogue and can trade with Geralt, chat about what's going on in Skellige, and play gwent. He also goes by the name Whistling Wacker.

The village of Harviken features a cut elderly merchant whose friendly with Geralt and has some unique insightful dialogue about the island of Faroe. He can trade with Geralt, play Gwent, and engage in two unique lore focused dialogues. Geralt addressees the character by the nickname "Gramps".
