Unused Models & Textures
Early versions of stuff that would get (re)used in the future, or just general unused models and textures.
Cancer Survivors
In the vein of the previous episodes, all the members of the cancer survivors group are present in the files for episode 3, originally appearing in the "Next Time On" segment of episode 3.
Boyd
Boyd's upper body texture remains unchanged, but his pants and shoes were made a lot darker. His face texture remains completely unchanged.

Brie
Similarly, Brie's pants and shoes were darkened significantly, while her upper body textures as well as her face texture remain completely unchanged.

Clive
Clive without a doubt saw the biggest changes from episode 3 to 4. While his textures themselves didn't change that much, the coloration of them did. His fully orange sweater was changed to a grey one with yellow details, and a lot of stitching details were also added. His pants and shoes were also made darker, with the latter also becoming a lot grimier. His face texture was also touched up a bit.

Joyce
Like the others, Joyce's pants and shoes were made considerably dirtier, and the latter might've also changed color completely. Her face texture was also touched up a bit, but no drastic changes were made.

Vernon
Vernon's pants and shoes became dirtier and less saturated. His vest and shirt gained a few stains along the way. His face texture was slightly tweaked.

Reused Models and Textures
Likely due to limited and resources, Telltale games often reuse models, textures, or sounds from past episodes (and games as well, for future releases.) The bandits in the episode are a good example of this, as besides Bandit A, the one with the Hard Ass T-shirt, all bandits have repurposed elements from elsewhere.
Alt Bandits
In total, there are eight "unique" bandit models set up. However, two of these are actually just retextured variants of other bandits, this is denoted by their internal names of banditaalt and banditaalt, standing for "Bandit A Alternative" and "Bandit B Alternative", respectively. During the confrontation at the motor inn, some will spawn multiple times (these duplicates are mostly in the background). This type of bandit also reuses Shawn's pants and shoes.

This bandit reuses David Parker's body texture as a base. Also, unlike his compatriot, here it's the alternative texture that has more detail, as the alternative jacket bears a unique "Wild Things" design.

Bandit C
This is the only bandit whose model already existed in episode 2, yet went unseen. He's present during the ambush on Mark and Lee outside the dairy, although he's only ever shown in silhouette, never up-close. This also makes it impossible to notice another weird quirk with this bandit; he's the only one to have his texture changed in between episodes. His shirt was changed from purple with thick brown stripes to green with thin brown stripes. His body texture is taken from Andy St. John, and his episode 3 look specifically bears a lot of similarities to Andy's early texture that's found in episode 1's files.

Bandit D
This bandit uses a retexture of Chet's face from episode 1. His bandana would later also get reused for the Biker Zombie seen in Crawford in episode 4.

His pants and shoes were taken from Shawn, while his jacket uses at the very least a unique denim design.

Bandit E
This bandit reuses Doug's jacket body texture from episode 2 and 3. Notably, this body texture also includes portions of Doug's hair, but the bandit is shown as balding. His face texture is actually unique, but it would later get reused for Dr. Logan in the next episode. It's also quite possible that it's the other way around, and that Dr. Logan's face texture was created first, before it was retooled for this bandit. A normal map known as sk54_crawforddoc_face_nm
can already be found in the files for this episode, yet the doctor's textures aren't included yet. This does imply that the doctor's textures already existed to some degree, however.

Bandit F
This bandit uses a recolor of Mark's clothes, Lee's shirt, and Vernon's face texture, which is already included in the files for this episode, as seen above.

The body of the train engineer you find still aboard the train uses Hershel's face as a base.

General Notes
- The achievement that displays when Lilly leaves the group was changed from "Woodbury bound" to "What now?"
- Terence McGovern is credited for Larry in this episode, despite the fact that Larry does not appear.
- Ben was supposed to tell Lee about his family on the train, but it was scrapped for this episode and added in "No Time Left."
- Most of Beatrice's screams for help (specifically all variations of "Oh god", "Help me", and "Please!") are labelled to belong to Jolene, despite the two of them having different voice actors.
- This is likely a common case of general-use audio being recorded (often labelled NV or Vox) and being reused for other characters, where the voice actor difference is not noticeable.
