Cactus 2.0!
This article has just been started and needs the article basics added.
Help us out and add them.
This cactus is UNDER CONSTRUCTION
This article is a work in progress.
...Well, all the articles here are, in a way. But this one moreso, and the article may contain incomplete information and editor's notes.

The Apeman Strikes Again is a blatant Donkey Kong clone where the Apeman says "He is coming for you!" whenever the player completes a level.

Unused Graphics and Tiles

Hmmm...
To do:
Find some unused graphics and files.

TASA Square Graphic.png

A square graphic, this has no purpose. None of them appear in any stage in the game.

TASA Ape Side Turn.png

A sprite when the ape looks at the right, there's no instances where the ape turns his head.

TASA K.png TASA Q.png TASA X.png TASA Z.png

The letters K, Q, X and Z are in the ROM, but they are never used. However, the letters X and Z are used in Il Gorilla Ci Riprova.

Unused Used
TASA Early Princess Climb.png TASA Early Princess Climb2.png TASA Early Princess Climb3.png TASA Early Princess Climb4.png TASA Final Princess Climb.png

There's four unused sprites for the princess. They were supposed to be animation for the princess getting carried by the Apeman, but the non-animated was used instead.

Apeman Jr..gif

There's some five sprites that looks like a baby version of the ape. So by combining it and animated it, you will get this.

Regional Differences

There's little differences in the Italian version and the international version.

Aside from the title and the language differences, in Il Gorilla Ci Riprova there's no credit for the programmer and graphic designer and there's no voice when the games boots up.

25m Level

TASA 25m Ladder-1.png TASA 25m Ladder-2.png

In The Apeman Strikes Again there's a ladder floating above the oil can, but in Il Gorilla Ci Riprova that ladder was fixed and put it in the right spot, there's also no label in the oil can.

In Il Gorilla Ci Riprova there's no sound effects other than the music.
