Tenchi wo Kurau II: Sekiheki no Tatakai is the Japan-exclusive Sega Saturn conversion of the Three Kingdoms period-themed arcade beat-em-up from Capcom, known in arcades outside of Japan as Warriors of Fate.
URA mode
At the title screen, press R, Y, L, X, A, B, R during the "Press Start Button" sequence. The title will change from red to blue to confirm the cheat input and enable URA mode.
During the game, press Down, Up, Down, Up + Attack to perform a powered-up deathblow attack with any of the player characters except for Zhang Fei/Chō-Hi, whose powered up deathblow attack is performed by getting close to an enemy and pressing Forward, Back, Down, Up + Attack.
