Unused text

There's much unused English text in this game that can be seen in ANSI encoding, e.g. mission/tutorial descriptions beginning from 12ACF. IIRC it's in the English pre-release version drx leaked as well, though I can't remember the link to it (a bit of English is used there). --Torchickens 07:56, 30 June 2013 (EDT)

Here's a link to that English pre-release version: http://www.sendspace.com/file/31iq0k - Einstein95 (talk) 08:12, 30 June 2013 (EDT)

There was also a lostlevels posting about the English prototype. Cannot locate the link right now. -nensondubois 09:10, 30 June 2013 (EDT)

Thanks Einstein95. @nensondubois: Possibly this thread? ICEknight mentions it was shown at the CES (which I assume is referring to the Consumer Electronics Show) in 1991 but I can't find a specific source for the date. Perhaps Nintendo Power issues 33 (February 1992) and 35 (April 1992) may mention it? --Torchickens 09:27, 30 June 2013 (EDT)
Edit: I found a source [1]. --Torchickens 09:34, 30 June 2013 (EDT)

Title screen animations

like sure, the intro screen animations may not be rare, or unused, but they're not documented anywhere else, like... I can't even think of a single place that has documentation on those. MaidenTree (talk) 07:56, 17 September 2023 (UTC)

There are many places on the Internet where you can submit general game trivia. You can post it on the many fan wikis that cover Nintendo games. You can also make a youtube video about it. You can write a blog, or make a forum post, or post it on a social media platform. On TCRF, the only place those animations would fit is on the game's prototype page, and those animations are already covered there. ReyVGM (talk) 19:27, 17 September 2023 (UTC)
I've mirrored it here to spread information about this trivium, so we don't have to view an old revision (with it not being unused). Torchickens (talk) 09:20, 19 September 2023 (UTC)
