I contacted Two Tribes on Twitter and asked about the Special Page the game shows a URL for after completing all the levels. The site has been down for a while, and there are no known archives of it. Here's what they had to say:

"If I remember correctly it was a page with desktop backgrounds and icons for MSN Messenger and ICQ. #history #icq"

In the unlikely event someone has these icons and/or the saved page around, can they post them? --Kimimaru (talk) 19:56, 21 June 2018 (EDT)

Update: I emailed Two Tribes about two months ago regarding the Special Page, and I finally got a reply today. While the page was lost, they were kind enough to actually put the original site back up with some items that were speculated to be on it, including an official remix of Creepy Castle!
