More details for the Break The Team file

If you listen closely, you can hear a sound of the menu navigation (It sounds like "WINK") from Melee. Basically, they played the "Break the Targets!" sound, then switched to the sound for "Team" (Which is normally followed by a character name), and when the sound said "the" they made it play "Team". Why is this fan-game page still up?
