"Considered the black sheep" by whom?

Can we get a source on the claim that this game is "the black sheep of the series"? The Japanese reviews I've seen are generally positive, and as far as my research indicates it isn't especially buggy by SRW standards (English-language sources such as Akurasu Wiki and TVTropes claim there's a "game-breaking armor bug", but as far as I can tell this is 100% fictional, possibly the result of a misunderstanding of Japanese reviews and strategy sites) --AWJ (talk) 00:50, 2 January 2017 (EST)
