Shadowgate 64 notes
Interestingly enough, all geometry in the game is dynamically generated from a simple format into inefficient DisplayLists, and doesn't support many displaylist options. All geometry are created from quads, and has UVs in those quads are all rectangles (UVs are defined as the 4 points using 4 combinations of X, X + A, and Y, Y + B). It is speculated that maybe they use CAD tools or development tools that only supported quads at the time.
Collision/interaction is a 3d grid of chunked up cuboids, subdivided into 4 x 4 cuboids, with flags to be wall, walking, interaction, etc. All collision has to be in positive coordinates, so all levels were designed with that. Objects/Characters though can go negative. -SubDrag

Main changes were spacing on save, and pentagram removal. Notes on twitter thread: https://twitter.com/SubDrag/status/1712926906322985151 — The preceding unsigned comment was added by SubDrag (talk • contribs)
