Version Differences?

I last played this as a child, so I don't remember particularly well, but I had a friend who also had this game. On my friend's copy, I remember there were extra reptar bars in the minigolf activity that weren't there in my version (I think one was to the side of a windmill?). Even as a 5 year old this struck me as odd. They would have both been PAL region releases, but I can't find any information about varying releases. RibShark (talk) 15:29, 9 July 2015 (EDT)

Help access unused levels

There are a few unused levels that crash the game. I've found these using Cheat Engine.

To do this, I changed the level ID, then I hit "Select" to restart the level, and it'd restart me in the new ID I set.

Below is my level ID list I made. The "ice cream mountain" one, that's level ID 8, might be an earlier non-golf version of the level, since it's alongside other adventure stages. Attempting to load it crashes the game.

If you change the level ID to 7 while in a level, you get Reptar's moveset, for instance. Or if you're in any other level, and change the level ID to 1, you no longer lose health (since you're usually immortal in the "pickles home" overworld). That being said, changing it to 8 doesn't put you in "golf mode" in the levels; instead, you're free to move around and jump, like an adventure level. This makes me think there's a possibly way to access it, if someone can modify the ISO directly (which I can't).

Level ID 19 is, presumably, another minigame, so if someone could figure out anything in there, that may be cool, too.

I can't find anything on 22, might just be skipped.

1= pickles home
2= grandpa's teeth
3= incident on aisle 7
4= voyages of cynthia
5= visitors from outer space
6= toy palace
7= reptar 2010

12= let there be light
13= cookie race
14= the return of mr friend (unused)

17= gold rush
18= egg hunt
19= "unknown database" then crashes (saves as "Be Bad")
20= no more cookies
21= touchdown tommy
22= "unknown database" then crashes
23 thru 31=ice cream mountain hole 1
32 and beyond crash the game

Using CDmage, you can place DB19's model file, texture\texture pointer file, and collision file into DB04 (voyages of cynthia), which is the only level with a large enough model to support DB19. It's an empty version of the Pickles home, though it's lack of contents could be due to loading through another levels folder. You can't put DB19's ANM or LP file into DB04 or the level loads indefinitely.

Most of the textures don't work, and for some reason walking into the closet starts the countdown timer for voyages of cynthia. This is as close as I've gotten to a playable version of the level; you can load the same files in the sequel, Studio Tour, but it's in an even worse state then just loading through DB04.

The model has some differences to the main hub; there is space around either side of the outside of the house, the stairs are narrower, there are no arches in doorways, the front door space is not tall enough, and there is no modelled foliage on the fence outside. Additionally, the stairs to the basement may attempt to murder you, but this may be due to Spike's physics. There may be other differences. Given that we can't open this level in a model viewer, I am uncertain as to how to document this on the wiki. Help appreciated!
