Interesting Bits

This is a dump of the game's text made with strings for Windows with a minimum sting length of 5. Due to a limitation of this version of strings, the addresses are all in decimal, so conversion between hex and decimal will have to be done for cross-reference.

At 0x950E8 the text AEIOU can be found. This is interesting because it is in the same block where the passwords are stored and A, E, I, O, & U are the only characters that can't be entered. I'm not sure if this is some presently unenterable code, or if it's just a reference for something.

At 0x959E8 The text EVACUATED can be found in the same block as TOTALLY and DESTROYED, suggesting that it would be a possible state for a level to end. It's been a while since I've played this game, but I don't remember evacuation as a posible level ending, though I do recall it as a level ending in World Tour, so it may be a scrapped leftover. Since I'm not sure, I won't add it to the page yet.

At 0x95DF8 is the text BORN 09.17.96 and at 0xA9A58 is the text Version: 8/7/97A. It seems possible that either of these might be build dates, though the first one could reference somehing else, or could even be present in-game. --Grandta13 (talk) 20:21, 30 June 2015 (EDT)

The first date is likely when the game started being programmed, while the latter date is the compile date for the real game. --From: divingkataetheweirdo (talk) 20:24, 30 June 2015 (EDT)
