Debug Mode Cheat Code

I tried the cheat code that is on the page right now on the JP version, and it doesn't work. If I have cheats enabled at boot, it just gives me a black screen. If I have it enabled later, nothing changes. I tested it out in mednafen and in DuckStation to the same result. I attempted to use it on real hardware, but I don't think the cheat ran correctly, as the game loaded normally.
